This Candidate Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes how your personal data is handled and protected in connection with the recruitment process with the applicable Relax Gaming Group Company.
Whereas Relax Gaming International ltd, Relax Gaming Gibraltar Ltd, Relax Tech Services d.o.o. and Relax Gaming North America LLC are not domiciled in the EU, such Relax Gaming Group Companies shall comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/670)) (“GDPR”) where applicable as well as the applicable national privacy and data protection laws.

The Relax Gaming Group has assigned a legal counsel and data protection officer (“DPO”), responsible for the supervision of privacy and data protection matters within the Relax Gaming Group.

We will collect and process all the information provided to us in your cover letter, including name, date of birth, education history, employment history, identification or passport data, home address, phone number, private email address, and any other information disclosed in the CV.
We will process the personal data that is requested in the BambooHR system’s application form, or the data derived from the data subject’s LinkedIn profile should the data subject apply via LinkedIn.
Relax will also process any information provided by the recruitment agencies, with whom the data subject is in contact with.
It is stated for the sake of clarity that Relax will not process any special categories of personal data at any time (data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural’s person’s sex life or sexual orientation).
Relax Gaming Group processes your personal data for the following specific purposes:
· To evaluate the data subject’s academic background, job experience and skills in connection with the advertised position, and
· To communicate with the data subject during the recruitment process or, where applicable, to inform the data subject of future available positions.
Relax Gaming Group’s legal basis for processing the data subject’s personal data is two-fold: 1) a legitimate interest to find a suitable individual for the advertised vacant position through a public and open recruitment process, which the data subject applied to, and 2) express consent by the data subject for Relax to process and store the personal data for future available positions (such consent being requested during the recruitment process.)
The Relax Gaming Group will control your personal data at all times. However, your personal data may be disclosed to 1) governmental bodies where it is necessary for the compliance with applicable law; and/or 2) applicable third parties that are engaged by Relax for the day-to-day functioning of the business (e.g., to service provider Bamboo).
In each case where we share your personal data with third parties, Relax ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data privacy and protection laws.
In the event transfers to third countries take place, Relax ensures such transfers only occur where the necessary and appropriate processes and safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, are in place.
Your personal data shall be retained for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, i.e. the recruitment process, and for any period thereafter as legally required by the applicable legal and compliance laws, and, should the candidate provide their explicit consent, for potential future recruitment processes.
In the event a candidate is unsuccessful in the recruitment process, the personal data shall be deleted 1 year after the notification informing the candidate of the unsuccessful application is sent (for applicants in Sweden, deletion occurs 2 years after notification). Where an unsuccessful candidate has provided Relax with his or her consent for the storage of the personal data for future recruitment processes, such personal data shall be stored for an additional one year.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, to object to the processing of your personal data, and to rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data.

The Relax Gaming Group takes precautions to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Relax Gaming Group has appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to protect the information systems on which your personal information is stored, and contractually requires all its suppliers and service providers (where applicable) to protect your personal information.
If you are unhappy with the way in which your personal data is being processed, you are encouraged to reach out to the Relax Gaming Group at privacy@relax-gaming.com. Should you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, or by the measures applied for remedying the situation undertaken by the Relax Gaming Group, you are able to file a complaint with the applicable data protection authority.
