Poker Operations Manager
Do you have a passion for poker and a strong interest in tech and operations? And would you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your contributions make a real impact? Cause we are looking for a Poker Operations Manager to join our team in Malmö (preferred) or Tallinn.
You will serve as a key operational point of contact, working closely with our poker operations managers, affiliates, and technical teams. You will handle incident management, assess and report bugs, support onboarding processes, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across our poker platform. We’re looking for someone who is highly solution-oriented, communicates well, and ideally has a solid background in or knowledge of poker.
In this role you’ll:
- Act as primary operational point of contact for poker-related matters
- Collaborate with customers and external stakeholders
- Support onboarding of new partners and clients
- Assess, reproduce, and report bugs via ticketing systems
- Handle incident response and communication
- Follow up on incidents and support post-incident resolution
- Submit improvement tickets and assist in developing better processes
- Work with back-office systems including onboarding, maintenance, and releases
- Provide support in QA and testing processes
We think that you have:
- Strong interest in tech and digital systems
- Background in or strong understanding of poker
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Structured and solutions-focused approach
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Python
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL)
- Background in QA/testing
- Experience using Jira/Atlassian tools
- Knowledge of Periscope, Sisense, or other BI tools
