We are looking for a new Partner Commercial Manager in Malta or Gibraltar

Relax Gaming is looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded Partner Commercial Manager to join our expanding Aggregation team in Malta. You will be responsible for managing and developing key Supplier and Operator relationships within our aggregation network, ensuring performance is optimized across regulated markets, and driving long-term commercial growth.

In this role you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of Supplier and Operator relationships within the Aggregation business
  • Act as the commercial point of contact for assigned partners
  • Lead regular performance and commercial review meetings
  • Present data-driven insights and track KPIs to assess partner performance
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth across the operator network
  • Collaborate with internal teams across product, operations, and compliance
  • Oversee onboarding, product launches, and partner readiness for regulated markets
  • Provide commercial feedback to influence internal roadmaps and supplier development
  • Communicate market entries, platform updates, and strategic developments to partners
  • Handle partner escalations and commercial issue resolution
  • Maintain up-to-date records and notes via internal systems such as Data Hub
  • Ensure commercial and performance reporting is always current and accurate
  • Support revenue forecasting and planning in collaboration with senior management
  • Contribute to the continuous development of the aggregation strategy
  • Deliver partner revenues in line with company KPIs and commercial targets

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Monitor partner KPIs and revenue performance
  • Respond to commercial queries via Teams, Slack, and email
  • Review and manage tasks and partner tickets via Jira
  • Maintain ownership of commercial deliverables and timelines
  • Track and follow up on all key actions across assigned partner

We believe that you have:

  • Proven experience in a commercial or partner management role within the iGaming industry
  • Strong understanding of content aggregation, casino games, and regulated markets
  • Demonstrable success in driving B2B revenue growth and managing strategic relationships
  • Analytical mindset with confidence presenting KPI-based performance reviews
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving commercial environment
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, CRM systems, and BI dashboards is must
