You’ll lead a team of compliance professionals, shaping policies, overseeing due diligence, and working closely with senior leadership to navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Head of Corporate Compliance
- Management of the Corporate Compliance team:
- Assignment responsibilities to the team members,
- Ensuring the team has clear goals to work towards,
- Supervision of day-to-day activities and ownership of the team deliveries,
- Reviewing the performance of the team members,
- Team hiring forecasting and salaries setting,
- Ensuring that team members follow company guidelines and policies;
- Working with the Chief Regulatory Officer on different projects & assignments;
- Management of the Due Diligence team, enforcing the CRO risk protection strategy in the different jurisdictions, and implementing the customers’ & partners’ onboarding policies;
- Management of the day-to-day corporate compliance & Due Diligence functions, staying on top of all changes and amendments to relevant regulations impacting the Company’s position, practices, as well as operators and partners authorizations and operations;
- Management of corporate updates/administration in collaboration with other departments
- Support the Company’s understanding of new AML/FAFT framework and requirements and/or other AML obligations to meet for Relax Gaming and the Partners;
- Management of corporate & due diligence investigations, update of the company due diligence framework based on periodical reviews and risk assessment;
- Continually assessing systems to improve the controls environment;
- Support and maintain the creation of documentation, approval diagrams, internal and external processes, workflow and other relevant ancillary materials;
- Identification of any corporate, process, and operational areas impacted by non-compliance, developing and overseeing remedial plans;
- Work with other departments such as commercial teams, external partners, legal, finance, and any relevant department to ensure alignment on any current/upcoming corporate and due diligence activities;
